Carriage / Delivery Charges
Carriage for Orders for Delivery in ENGLAND MAINLAND, WALES and SOUTH SCOTLAND MAINLAND (Up to and Including Edinburgh and Glasgow)

- £5.95 per shipment for standard dispatch (Usually within 3 to 4 working days)
- £8.95 per shipment for urgent dispach (Usually within 2 working days)
For carriage on orders for delivery to outside these areas and for shipments weighing over 20 Kgs or over 1 cubic metre in volume
Please contact us to agree a delivery price.
All claims for damage or non delivery should be made to us at our office address. Please ADVISE of non-delivery with 28 DAYS of the date of order, and breakages on day of delivery, or it may not be possible to pay compensation or send replacements. Please notify us of a change of address as soon as possible.
How to order
Choose from our website and go to shopping cart. Complete the area asking for address details, then proceed to the secure online payment area offered by paypal. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards or MAESTRO or SWITCH debit cards or Paypal. Submit the form and we will advise you of delivery date and any delivery charges.
Please note that when payment is made using a credit or debit card, we reserve the right not to accept an order when payment is made without 'Payer authentication supported - authentication succeeded' advice from our card provider.

If you are ordering from outside the UK or EEC for delivery to outside these areas you are exempt from paying UK vat – for vat purposes the channel islands are treated as exempt.

Cancellation or Amendments
We reserve the right not to accept any order we receive at our discretion - any payment already received will be refunded in full.
Orders are accepted only on the condition that no cancellation or amendment will be made without the Seller's prior written consent.
The dimensions and capacities as mentioned on this web site are approximate and also the manufacturers packaging might vary from our pictures.
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
We do conform to the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
Gift Wrap and Despatch Service
For £3.50 extra per item we will gift wrap your present and add your words to a gift card and make best endeavours to deliver it to an address of your choice.

Write a short message in the box provided where you complete your payment details. The message to include saying who the gift is from and the requested delivery date.
Distance Selling/Goods Not wanted
If we sent you something you ordered but subsequently do not want, you can return it within 28 days of receipt of the goods in its original packaging - 14 days to cancel & 14 days after that to return the item(s). It is your responsibility to return the goods and to pay any carriage associated with their return. Goods must be returned undamaged, unused and in original packaging. Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service for returns. A signed delivery to us is not necessary as we will accept your proof of posting as proof that you sent the goods. If an exchange is arranged, you bear the cost of re-shipping the new product(s)
Goods Damaged In Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit do not accept it from the courier but ask the courier to return it to us.
Damaged or Defective Goods Accepted from the Courier as Undamaged
First contact us by e-mail or telephone to agree what to do.
If a faulty item is delivered or it is not the item ordered, you will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory a full refund will be offered. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and we will pay the return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumers.
